Delt with service manager Miss Crosby who didn't know how to work computer and argued with me about my free oil changes I had left saying I didn't have any left I had to call Toyota who showed her how to use her computer . Now finally proving I had one free left she was very smug and knew it all . To much to list about brakes ,scraping sounds stating at 9 thousand mi. Miss Crosbie says this is normal noise on a knew Toyota and her new Toyota does it also. Really! How about the fact that they sometimes don't work in the rain they don't care they wait until you get hurt or worse just like with the airbags . If you have brake problems with your new RAV4 call or write National Highway Safety put your claim in hopefully you will get your money back for repairs when recall comes keep all records trying to get rid of my RAV4 . More

The reason given is that they only have 1 car and driver and 'you just missed him'. Plan to waste your time [if you have a job] waiting for them to finish your vehicle. The overall time missed from your work will be less. Because I had a recall I had to come here, but I don't come because I get paid when I'm at work, not waiting for my car. More

They sent me out with out with only three valve caps on my tires, and one of the valve stems was massively leaking. I came out of my house this morning to a flat tire. Luckily I was able to get the vehicle to a Mavis Tire shop who quickly resolved the issue and fixed me up for free. Sloppy work. More

Excellent service I went in for my first routine maintenance appointment and it was for a tire rotation and they were going to take care of that only until the saw ther I went in for my first routine maintenance appointment and it was for a tire rotation and they were going to take care of that only until the saw there was an open recall on my passenger airbag and had no problem taking care of that at the same time. I was given a 2 hr possible wait and they completed the job under that wait time given. Everyone was professional and courteous .Thank you DCH Toyota and the tech that took care of my vehicle. More
Disappointing SERVICE DEPARTMENT So I have purchased 2 cars from DCH Wappingers Toyota in the last 4 years, purchased extended warranties and WAS a loyal customer of the service depar So I have purchased 2 cars from DCH Wappingers Toyota in the last 4 years, purchased extended warranties and WAS a loyal customer of the service department! Today was the end of my loyalty and I will not consider purchasing a vehicle at this dealership because of this horrible, inept service department who truly have no idea on how to budget time for vehicle service and certainly no clue about communicating with the waiting customers!! Why have the option of a “waiters service” if no care is given to the waiter? Several months ago, I waited over 3 hours for an oil change. I complained and the service was complimentary. I came back today for an oil change and tire rotation was told that wait would be an hour. I told the service rep that I didn’t want to repeat the 3 hour lack of service like last time and advised that fluids were not filled or topped off at last visit. I was advised that this wouldn’t be repeated again. During my wait, a used car rep tried to get me to sell my Camry and or my 4 Runner. I declined as I still enjoy my cars and both are immaculate and well maintained. So what happens next? 2 hours go by with no update. I sought out the rep and found that the extended wait was for pricing a tire valve! No communication what so ever. I explained that I was upset and wished for my car be returned to me and cancel their “arduous search for pricing”. I opened the hood to find that fluids were not topped off! The rep offered to get some fluid to top off at which point I declined as I no longer wish to have any service to my vehicle at DCH Toyota. The washer fluid was purple so I know for a fact they didn’t even top off! I bought the purple fluid after I left the last visit since I ran out of fluid and was forced to purchase at an auto part store. Why have service performed and charged to me if I have to go to Autozone to purchase fluids? The rep told me that my vehicle which is a 2009 was an older vehicle and didn’t qualify as a fast service oil change vehicle due to its age. I purchased this vehicle 4 years ago when the vehicle was 6 years old, 48,000 miles. Now, It has 83,000 miles 4 years later and TOO OLD! It wasn’t TOO OLD to sell to me but TOO OLD to service in the fast oil change with the dealer. I asked the rep to cancel my 4 Runner service scheduled for tire rotation this Thursday as I don’t have confidence in the service department to maintain my vehicle and keep them both in the best running shape! Called another dealer immediately after leaving DCH Wappingers Toyota and was advised of a Recall on my 4 Runner over the phone. This new dealer was outstanding as they recognized that my time at dealer for recall would last all day so they scheduled me to have a loaner car! Just like that, I will be going to this new dealer! They forewarned me that my vehicle has a recall whereas DCH Toyota in Wappingers made an appointment and perhaps planned on pleasantly surprising me with an all day wait! I think they enjoy keeping people all day in their waiting rooms as of the customers have nothing better to do with their time! A customers time is valuable and when a service department doesn’t recognize the value of its customers and only looks at profit margin, I have no sympathy for the fall of their business. Not sure when customer service took the back burner or why this service department feels that insulting a person by saying their car is TOO OLD when I purchased it from them less than 4 years ago, has less than 83,000 miles with life on the extended warranty is insulting. How quick the used car lady was to make an offer to xxxxx the value and try to get me to sell my car! Wasn’t TOO OLD FOR her questioning!! I am completely done with DCH Wappingers Toyota! The service department is filled with incompetent service reps more interested in their cell phones, apps and text messaging! Perhaps if management wants to see what truly goes on in this department they will keep an eye on those who make it look like they are working. I watched 3 employees on their personal cells today!!! More

Problem not resolved. They want your $$$$$$$$$$ !!!!!! Toyota Prius problem was misdiagnosed. They put a new $450.00 dollar battery in. The car continued to break down over and over. We were 100 miles from home and had no choice but to get the repairs done there. After breaking down over and over we took the car to my local Toyota dealer 5 minutes away. They determined the problem was much more severe than a battery, basically the car was toast. But DCH was able to find over $3000.00 of other repairs they wanted to "TAKE CARE OF RIGHT AWAY" I told them i just wanted to get the car home, they claimed it was fixed but......... Needless to say the car is gone 12 years and over 150,000 miles no complaints there. But just be honest with me. I felt like all they wanted was my wallet!!!! Kudos to my Toyota dealership for being honest and not wanting to rip me off. Thanks Sansone! They make you give 1 Star But i really give them ZERO Stars !!! I'm not saying Mike is a bad person in my mind it's the dealership that gets the bad review. Mike seemed helpful in our time of need, he didn't check the car so whoever worked on the car gets my overall bad rating. Maybe it's just the DCH way???????? More
