The guys did qualify me straight away and point me in the direction of my salesman My Salesman Mike Diaz was concise and to the point. I did not get everything I asked for, but he compromised well and was not condescending at all in the way he told me what he could do. In, short I was treated respectfully and as if I knew something about the product I was buying. The one thing that was clear is that some of the guys I spoke to did not really have a full knowledge of the jeep models. Of the hardware they are equipped with and what the equipment does. I know everything about the products my team sells and I have a lot more different types of equipment to sell as it is in the luxury yachting industry. I did not get this impression from Mike. Originally I intended on purchasing a used 2014 Toyota Tundra from CarMax, but since I had a negative experience and there were many delays I happily switched to a new 2014 Dodge Ram instead for the same price, and equal financing terms.
