Having had mediocre, at best, dealerships in Nevada we were convinced there would be a grind or some sales pitch. We met Andy at the prescribed times and what a consummate professional he was! We were settled in less than 30 minutes and signing away with aa good a price as could be found anywhere. Maybe even a bit better. One more short meet to pick up the Rav4 and we're new owners. On Thursday we got a call and were told Toyota was doing an additional $500 off, and since our paperwork was still in process, we could write a new check for $500 less. Who does that? we wouldn't be any the wiser, but they took the time to call and redo the sales contracts. More

This was my first time buying from the Dahl automotive group and I have lived in the area for 40 yrs. I was looking for a 3/4 ton truck because I bought a camper that my 1/2 struggled with. They had a 2017 Ford F250 diesel. Just what I was looking for. I had my 72 yr. old father with and my 7 yr. old son as well. A salesman greeted me at the front door and asked how he could be of help. His name, Clifford Tyson the best salesman I have ever worked with. It was about 10 degrees out that day. I told him what I was interested in and he had it pulled in a very nice heated well lit inspection room so we could look it over, Nice! The truck sits very high and there was no way my father or son could get in. My man Clifford goes and gets a step ladder so that my Dad and Son could go for a ride. The whole Dahl team was great from the Manager to Financing to the service dept. And yes I drove home in my F250. More

We ordered a truck that would include all the features we wanted and it took several weeks to get it so we were pleased to receive regular updates from our sales consultant, Bill Blom, telling us when we could expect it to arrive. Because the Tacoma was newly designed for 2016 and we ordered it in a newly available color for 2016, it seemed like the entire staff at Dahl Toyota shared in the excitement of the arrival of our new truck because it was something new for them, also which made our experience even more special. Upon delivery, Bill connected our phones and reviewed all the features and technology with us and we drove home feeling very comfortable with how to operate everything which is usually very overwhelming at first.
