1 of the best car buying experiences i've had ! i came to Dallas Lease Returns with little expectations b/c my credit isn't stellar HOWEVER, Al Castro and Juan Contreras were AMAZING ! everyone was i came to Dallas Lease Returns with little expectations b/c my credit isn't stellar HOWEVER, Al Castro and Juan Contreras were AMAZING ! everyone was so friendly and accommodating. the area was nice and clean and the showroom ... WOW ! lots of cars, trucks or SUVs inside the building so you don't have to be exposed to the elements. when it came down to business, they were very professional and informative. I was there a little longer than I anticipated but the end results were fantastic ! I walked away the proud owner of a new Chevy truck and I can't say enough as to how great an experience this was. thank you to all involved and a special thanks to Al and Juan ! you guys are fantastic ! Great experience! No haggle. Chris was very friendly and easy to work with. (For women: I felt like I was treated fairly and as an equal.) The price is the price and it was under Chris was very friendly and easy to work with. (For women: I felt like I was treated fairly and as an equal.) The price is the price and it was under the KBB value! No haggling means I know I'm getting the same great deal that everyone else is. I called 10 minutes ahead of time and they had the car ready. The location is hidden behind other buildings, but worth the turning around for the variety of vehicles and price. My vehicle was practically new with low mileage and great shape. The other cars in the warehouse seemed to be almost new too. I knew exactly what I wanted going in, so it was a fairly quick and painless process. The longest part was waiting on my lender to email the documents. Chris also offered customer service after the sale. That means a lot when you're getting a new used car. If there are options you want that the car doesn't have (leather, remote start, etc), be honest and ask for referral places to do them. These guys know where to go. The price is well worth paying for upgrades separately. When it's time to get my husband's car, we'll be calling Dallas Lease Returns to get it. More

No let me talk to my manager or you have to wait for the finance guy- he did it all!!
