"Repaired my Flat at Low Cost"

Marc Mesidor, the service director gave me a great price on a new tire (old tire picked up a nail on the side this unrepairable) on March 13. I saved 25 dollars over my best quote. I bought the car about one year ago from this dealership. I told them I would buy an Impreza for 400 over invoice. That is the price I ended up paying with no hassle.

I purchased a Used car (non-suburu) from them this past Winter. Recently, while using my A/C for the first time it did not work. Although I was past the CT Used Car Warranty by time, the dealer was quick to set me up with an appointment, provide a rental car for me, and paid for my A/C compressor to be replaced at another dealer as my car is not a Suburu. My satisfaction doesn't come from getting something for free, it comes from this dealer's thought to go above and behind when it wasn't required. Special thanks to David O. in Service for his professionalism and speed I'm getting my car fixed and returned to me. Many thanks!

I took my vehicle in for service last week. I was greeted by friendly and professional staff. The service manager jumped right in and explained everything they would be doing and assisted with my transportation to work. I received a call during the day telling me my vehicle was done and suggested a service that I should have done soon. The service team at Dan Perkins Subaru are wonderful. "Trouble with my Bluetooth "

I've been having trouble pairing my phone to my 2015 Forester for a few days, I was driving home and found myself at Dan Perkins Subaru. I explained my problem to Gina she called, as she put it her Bluetooth specialist John we went to my car and within minutes my phone was paired and all my contacts where downloaded. Can not thank you enough for taking the time to help me out without an appointment my gosh you guys rock!

I have been a subaru owner for the past 12 years and have brought my cars to Dan Perkins Service for all of my cars during that time. I can not thank them enough, this time around, for taking care of all of my car service needs with professionalism, concern, and friendliness on top of that! "An utter waste of time..."

Before I even dropped off my car, I had confirmed with them TWICE that my catalytic converters would be repaired under warranty. I called when they left a message asking about their service, and they confirmed yet again that the repairs were under warranty and that my car was ready to be picked up. I got there and no repairs were done because apparently now, my warranty did not cover it. They called me about the service (this time it was not an automated message), and I let them know that right as my car rolled out their lot, my engine was making noises. The lady said her manager, Mark, would contact me. He hasn't and it's been almost a week now. Good job, Dan Perkins Subaru. I'm never buying a car from your dirt establishment nor will I ever go back for any repairs again.

My husband and I just purchased a brand new 2016 Outback with Eyesight at Dan Perkins Subaru in Milford, Ct. Our salesman Bob Oshrin was great and we love our new 2016 Outback. However, what really motivated us to purchase our new Outback at Dan Perkins Subaru was the great service department. The service department managed by Marc Mesidor has been taking such good care of our 2008 Outback, that we knew we wanted Marc and his team to also take care of our new Subaru.

I went into the Dan Perkins parts and service department for a minor issue and came out a very happy future customer. I dealt with the parts department before heading over to meet with Marc Mesidor, the service director of this Subaru dealer. Marc was pleasant, courteous, and treated my minor issue like it was really important and so he made me feel important. Like I say it was a minor issue, but he really went out of his way to make me happy. I haven't dealt with this dealership before, but when I'm ready to buy a new Subaru I will definitely go to Dan Perkins. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.
