My wife and I just bought a vehicle from Albrecht Jeep in Westborough, I was a bit on edge when entering the dealership due to past experiences dealing with sales people at other dealerships. After approximately 15 minutes with Sam I felt very comfortable with him, he was honest answering all of our questions, there were no smoke and mirror tactics. I give Sam and the rest of the staff we dealt with there. I would highly recommend this dealership and Sam if you are looking for a vehicle. The vehicle we purchased is for my wife and I'll be purchasing a new vehicle for myself in a few months and I'll definitely be dealing with Sam again. 5 Stars More

Worked out a deal on a used Ram that was dependent on the financing rate. They called me back later that day and said they got me the rate we had talked about. I told my salesman Hassan that I was taking the truck and asked him to find the spare keys that come with it and he said he'd get right back to me. He finally calls me at 130 pm and tells me that they sold the truck to someone else the night before after left and had them run my credit. Stay far away from this place and shop elsewhere. This is the kind of dealership that can't be trusted. More

Nuno the parts manager was the most offensive person we've ever come across in dealing with various dealerships across the country. We were requesting the vin and options summaries to get a replacem we've ever come across in dealing with various dealerships across the country. We were requesting the vin and options summaries to get a replacement door VIN sticker thru a 3rd party as required by our state dmv to register the vehicle. Nuno said he would require proof of ownership to provide that information. We EXPLAINED that the state required the sticker BEFORE they would inspect the vehicle to register it. Nuno AGAIN said that he wouldn't provide the info without proof of ownership... He told us we could talk to the general manager and ask but he already knew the general manager would tell us no... So we asked to talk to the general manager. And nuno told us he was not there, on a Monday at 2:00 p.m... And that he knew the general manager would tell us no anyways. The conversation ended with Nuno telling us never to call back when we ask to leave our phone number for the general manager. This was the MANAGER of the parts department. Who claimed we could get the requested info from ANY Jeep/Chrysler dealership. It was a surreal experience and we would not recommend this dealership to anyone. You can tell from the other reviews that this is a place to steer clear and go elsewhere. More

By the time I got out of my car, a salesman (bald) walked out to say "hi". Good sign, but that was the only positive interaction. He never introduced himself - didn't bother giving me his name or ask for mine. When I asked to see two vehicles parked outside, he grabbed the keys and unlocked the door for me to poke around in. Never did he come near to explain the features or tell me anything about the vehicles. Instead, he stood about 10 feet away texting. While I was looking at one of the vehicles, another salesman walked by. My saleman turned his back to me and quietly spoke to his colleague (rounder guy) who then turned around and looked at me and started snickering until he caught me looking back at him. At that point he quickly turned around before looking back at me once more a few seconds later to snicker at me as I sat in the driver's seat watching them...what a humiliating experience. Needless to say, they obviously don't want or need my business which is too bad because I'm looking to replace 2 vehicles (1 immediately and another in December when my other lease is up). So, if you enjoy being belittled and condescendingly judged, this is the perfect place for you! More
