I do not know who the young man was in the service depart was that I worked with, but he was very courteous. Checked my car in like lightning, answered all my questions accurately with a definitive answer. H was that I worked with, but he was very courteous. Checked my car in like lightning, answered all my questions accurately with a definitive answer. Honesty is the best policy. My truck was in for a 20,000 mile service. The service was done in the amount of time I was quoted. I'm sure it may have taken longer if something needed repair, but it's a Ford, and they are very sturdy and reliable as my family has told me since I was kid. The service waiting area is comfortable and spacious. The restrooms are hospital grade clean. The showroom is so nice it compels one to buy a new car, even if one is not needed. All in all, my service experience was excellent. More

I waited three weeks for an appointment. Dropped off my car and was called later that day to say they would need to keep my car for two weeks because they were very busy. In addition after that it could be another week or two before they got the parts. So basically no car for one whole month before you would even fix the vehicle! Ridiculously More
