After the above review, received 2 calls from the dealership. Extremely apologetic and offered an appointment at my convenience to bring my 2015 Escape in for a "same day" diagnosis while I waited and was assured that I would be leaving with my car that same day. I work M-F 7-3:30 - their hours of operation- so I made an appointment for a Tuesday, my daughters day off. WELL! After multiple calls and emails confirming my appointment - GUESS WHAT??? Same xxxx different day. My daughter was on the phone with me when she arrived and I heard Kai tell her that they would have to keep the car for 2-3 days to diagnose the problem and then another 2 weeks to order parts and fix the issue! If I make an appointment for service, you already know that I am coming because you give me a date and time frame, so help me understand why you even give the appointment if you know you will be busy with "other customer's" vehicles???? I called the APOLOGETIC person at the dealership still waiting for a call back, 2 days later. Absolutely the worst customer service and if I could turn back time I would have never set foot in the dealership. The icing on the cake - I called to 2 closest dealerships and was told the get a lot of Staten Island business. Hmm wonder why?
