We have called you all, Doug, Keith, Ryan, Vinny, etc., and no one gets back to us. Day 12 of no resolution. Your team touches base and indicates call back with resolution will be made "tomorrow" and that day never comes...

I waited for a door handle since October and then finally went in to get it done and my wife waited for the service department to fix it for hours only to be told they couldn't fix it. More
