With a former 23-year career in retail sales, I set the bar high when it comes to my definition of outstanding customer service. My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Grace Dunderdale of Darling’s. Not only did she meet my customer service standard, she knocked it out of the park! We purchased our last two vehicles from Darling’s, and having been delighted with the entire experience, both sales and service, when the time came to replace our 2013 Elantra there was no question where we’d go to find our next vehicle. Grace listened to our wish list, and then promptly set out to connect us with our dream car. She was AMAZING!!! She took the time to show us the vehicles we were considering in great detail and helped us settle on the vehicle that was right for us, which she then promptly tracked down. She kept us informed throughout the entire process, and made it an effortless, fun experience.
My husband and I would be amiss if we didn’t also share that we found each and every member of the Darling’s Augusta staff that we encountered while purchasing our new car embody that same high level of courteous, caring service and commitment to customer satisfaction. And don’t even get us started on bang-for-the-buck value…Darlings knocked it out of the park there, as well! Jon Condon made the financing process incredibly easy, and Jason Decker and Jim Englehardt were incredibly helpful, as well. I’ve forgotten his name, unfortunately, but another member of their staff very patiently walked us through the techy bits of setting up out blue link account and was also amazing to work with! The entire experience rates a ten a thousand times over. We didn’t simply find our new vehicle, which we LOVE, but we also forged friendships.
