My wife and I had a great experience at Dave Arbogast's used car department. We stopped in late in the day with our two kids in tow not expecting to do more than just check out the inventory. T.J. came out and talked to us about a GMC Envoy we were looking at and invited us in for further discussion. We test drove the vehicle that night and decided we really like it. T.J. put the paperwork together that night and worked with our less than perfect credit to come up with an option that worked. Vicki helped us with the initial paperwork that night and got us out the door in good time. They both stayed late and put up with our impatient kids to help get the deal started. It took an extra day of work to come up with an option that worked for us and the lender to be satisfied but Mike and T.J. managed to work it out. We signed the papers the next day with Vicki and drove home in our awesome new(used) Envoy. The vehicle is great, T.J., Vicki, and Mike all were wonderful and we appreciate the outstanding service from Dave Arbogast. There were 2 vehicles I kinda liked, the LaCross and Regal(as we had been in China and Europe and had seen this model for the past couple of years). My dad, being my dad, said come on, let's go see what 'Jim' has down at Arbogast. I rolled my eyes, said I didn't drive 250 miles to go see cars, as I really wasn't enthusiastic about any models this year. Our welcome was wonderful and warm. I test drove and thought.
