We bought my first brand new SUV today(2023 Ford Explorer XLT) and over the past couple days Zach has been great answering all my questions, helping make it easier for me to get my daughter's carseat in and XLT) and over the past couple days Zach has been great answering all my questions, helping make it easier for me to get my daughter's carseat in and out for test drives, he was patient with my 5 year old who was very active during our visit, and got me into a vehicle I love with a payment I can afford! He also helped my fiance get into his first new Ford F-150 with the payment he needed! I would 100% recommend Dave Arbogast Ford and working with Zach Cromwell when looking for a vehicle.
