I recently bought a used Toyota tundra from Dave Simth motors. The truck was priced right $32,000. I put $10,000 down. Somehow and unannounced to me $7,000 was added to my financing. Dave smith motors is not an honest establishment in my opinion. They make the prices low an then mark it up behind your back. More

These guys really ripped me off by selling me a used Subaru Outback that is a lemon. I will never go back to this place again! I blame myself for letting the wife and daughter talk me into buying their car for $4,000 more than it was worth because they fast talked us by saying "they would always be there for us" but the car started giving us problems almost immediately and I've had to put an additional $5,000 at least into it and come to find out that they had removed the spare tire and the Jack before they even sold it to us! Complete rip off! Never again! More

about 6 days into having our truck it had issues starting and we were told that it was just an electrical issue and it’s not a big deal so we dealt with it. Then in January we had to take it in and even though we purchased the highest warranty and insurance through Dave Smith it did nothing! We had to pay $5000 out of pocket and the truck was in the shop for 3.5 weeks because of all the repairs needed! (Mind you we had a new born at the time) They said it had to do with the electrical issue from when the truck was first purchased that Dave Smith told us about AFTER purchase. Now we’re being told the ENTIRE motor is “catastrophically blown” and we’re looking at a $10000 bill that even though we have a warranty on the motor (again through Dave smith) they could only cover $3000 of it. We want this wrong corrected! More

I waited to post a review, glad I did. Bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator from Dave Smith CDA. In my paperwork it states the dealer will reimburse me for getting the windshield fixed on my own, Bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator from Dave Smith CDA. I have called, sent emails, and have even been straight ignored by the salesman. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. Don’t get me wrong, they sold me a car and got me out the door, but have failed to honor our agreement. They could contact me and make it right, but if they can’t return emails or calls, I doubt it will happen. More

Ty Nelson at Dave Smith in Coeur d'Alene sold me a car with bad ring issues knowing it was going to be a family car. When I took it back in there the shop said they could not find any problems because the with bad ring issues knowing it was going to be a family car. When I insisted there was a problem Ty Nelson became very rude to me and my boyfriend. Come to find out after the fact the vehicle was 6,000 more than it was worth. They now have me so upside down in this vehicle that I can not get out of this vehicle. More

Not the Dave Smith I bought my first two vehicles from ! Bought a used car from Dave Smith as is with a extended warranty. Monday couldn't get a call back, called manager he said he would call back never did. Went to BMW dealer Spokane he told me the car needed 9,487.86 in repairs and the extended warranty I bought for 4,200.00 wouldn't cover anything. Never got a call back from Sales man Dustyn. I got had in a bad way ! I will never buy another car from Dave Smith ever again ! Worst customer service ever ! Dishonest used car salesmen ! Not Dave Smith anymore. Welcome to the new Dave Smith.
