As always, the service and people at Dave White Acura are excellent. Over the years, I have had other brands of cars and many friends and family with other brands who's dealerships were less than satisfactor excellent. Over the years, I have had other brands of cars and many friends and family with other brands who's dealerships were less than satisfactory in various ways - In the 8 years since I purchased my Acura, I've never had a problem with either the staff or workmanship - which is saying something in today's world! I mostly only interact with Danielle at the front desk and Scott the Service Manager and they are always kind, accommodating, and professional. Scott goes out of his way to explain everything in as much detail as I need and always with a smile. If I stay in the Toledo area, I hesitate to purchase any other brand of car because I'd have to go elsewhere for service! That's how much I look forward to a pleasant experience at Acura. Once again Scott and his team delivered great fast friendly service. I’d had my Acura in for a recall repair and they found I had a seatbelt issue which was covered under a warranty.
