Recently I went to Dave Wright to turn in my 3 Nissan Murano. I did not know if I wanted another SUV, but it had been 15 years since I had driven a car. Dave Write and Jacob Peters were awesome! We bought a 2010 Toyota Rav4 a few months ago and only had many issues with this vehicle. When I lived in Iowa, I brought the car into their service center 3x and I as well as my family who was with me were told nothing was wrong with this vehicle. Here we are now transmission went out,axel was rotted and needed fixed,rear differential was leaking and needed fixed,now it is not running and has a bad alternator and we are stuck paying $15000 for a nonworking car and in debt for nothing and this place gives us the run around and wont help us nor answer our calls and so STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE CROOKS. Service and parts prices My wife and I bought a 13 Altima about 3 years ago and always had all my service work done at the dealership recently the service staff said we were d My wife and I bought a 13 Altima about 3 years ago and always had all my service work done at the dealership recently the service staff said we were due for a cvt fluid change and they said it was going to cost $225 to get it done I checked other Nissan dealership and the 3 I checked were anywhere $40 to $65 cheaper and then it needed a new battery and Dave Wright wanted $170.00 plus tax to install it as where I had it done a Nissan dealership in Waterloo the price was $109.00 plus tax that to me is a big difference. Negative Experience My experience here was terrible. I bought a used car from Dave Wright at the end of October and it has been a nightmare ever since. I had scheduled an appointment to purchase the vehicle so the salesman knew ahead of time that I was coming and could have everything prepared and ready to go and he still didn't have anything prepared so I had to sit and wait an hour anyway. The used car I purchased needed a repair which was agreed to be fixed before I received it as stated in our purchase agreement. I was told repeatedly that it would be done in a week to 10 days by the salesman who sold me the car. He never verified with the people doing the repair because after contacting them directly I was told it would be at least two more weeks from the day I contacted them. Communication has been HORRIBLE throughout the entire process and I still have not received the vehicle. The sales team also tried to hide the fact that they were purchasing a used part to be put into my car after I was quoted the price of a new one and left to believe that's what I was getting. I was also told that I would be able to pick up my vehicle last week and even had set up an appointment to do so, only for the salesman to text me an hour before to cancel our appointment because the car still wasn't done.
