I reached out to Sam Bunte a week ago after he responded to my review on Google. I talked to him, but then he never got back to me. Not surprising, as he said that they just "put his name" on the automatic reply to all the complaints they get. Yet another display of consummate customer service. I bought FOUR new cars from you and this is what I get. I doubt you actually give a crap about your customers, but if you actually want to contact me and fix this, Sam knows who I am, as do John and Jordan. But I'm not holding my breath.
