He sent me a video of the vehicle and we communicated through text, email, and phone calls. I told him I was pre-authorized for the purchase, and he did not pressure me at all for alternative financing. Nevertheless, I asked if they could beat my deal – and they did! I drove down from Oklahoma to pick up the vehicle, and we were in and out less than an hour. Alex was great and so was the finance department.
