David Stanley dodge, Tre B. and Justin H. (Manager) are a joke! I went in at 12:30pm and didn't get out of there until 6pm. They were supposed to give me the Internet price for 19,790 for my charger. I trust joke! I went in at 12:30pm and didn't get out of there until 6pm. They were supposed to give me the Internet price for 19,790 for my charger. I trusted them and had the biggest headache for being there so long I looked at the paper work wrong and they put it as 29,899. And refuse to fix it saying its my fault I should have paid more attention. Tre bugged me to do do his first review before the deal was even done. So he wouldn't get in trouble I take everything I said back. When I tried to fix this within 3 days of the deal no one would give me a straight answer. They are ridiculous. If you have to buy from David Stanley them buy from Sean B he is the first man I talked to and should have waited for him to come back to work. He is the only honest one there and everyone should only buy a car from him. More
I have a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited With 70,000 miles on it. The transmission went out the other day Mike Nichols sent a tow truck to pick it up. Mike got a couple of earfuls from me. Nothing of his fault whats The transmission went out the other day Mike Nichols sent a tow truck to pick it up. Mike got a couple of earfuls from me. Nothing of his fault whatsoever but when you only have 70,000 miles on the vehicle you don't expect to lose the transmission. Even with me being a butt at times Mike stayed in touch and kept me informed the entire time my vehicle was in the shop. Mike was very polite and Helpful. THANKS MIKE!!!!!!! More

From the beginning I should have known this dealership was goign to try and take advantage of me. I told my salesman I wanted to get a value on my potential trade in before we even started talking about t was goign to try and take advantage of me. I told my salesman I wanted to get a value on my potential trade in before we even started talking about the truck I wanted to buy. But he smooth talked me into taking the truck for a test drive before I got the valuation on my trade in. Right off the bat i should have known he wasn't working to get me what i wanted, but working to get me into a new truck no matter the cost. I made the fatal mistake of telling him what I wanted to pay per month on my new truck. Once he had that number it was all the negotiations were about. He wouldn't tell me the actual sale price of the truck, despite being asked several times for it. He just kept saying that "I was at my target monthly payment", and that "the MSRP on the type of truck I wanted was X number of dollars". He never once said that X dollars was the price i would be paying. Looking back I have to give him credit, because his shady sales tactics worked. He got me to believe I was getting what I wanted. After the "negotiations" were complete, I was sent over to finance where, for the fourth or fifth time I asked to see the actual sale price of the vehicle. I was told it was in the proceeding paper work and we would go over the costs while signing (again, looking back, red flags, bells, and whistles should have been going off in my head), and so we proceeded with the paper work. When we got to the purchase order the finance clerk quickly went over the pricing in broad strokes and in no detail. He assured me after I singed everything, he would give me a copy of everything to review. I know that I should never sing anything without fully understanding what im getting into, but i signed the paper work anyway like a fool. Once everything was signed they handed me an envelope and shuffled me out the door in a loaner truck, as the truck wanted had to be ordered. Thank god it wasn't on the lot. After I got home I realized I was not given ANY paper work regarding any real numbers (ie: what the car cost, what my interest rate would be, what the cost of shipping the truck to the dealer would be, ect.). I did have the sticker of the loaner truck they gave me however, which was a small upgrade to what I had ordered. After I did the math it turns out they were charging me more than the STICKER PRICE of a the LOANER vehicle that was an UPGRADE to the one I purchased! Shocked, I called the customer relations manager to figure out what went wrong. When I asked him what the MSRP of the truck I bought was he came right out and told me that the MSRP on the truck I singed for was almost $5000 LESS THAN WHAT I PAID! He had no real explanation for why the price was so much higher than the MSRP. Thankfully, Justin Hammett (customer relations manger mentioned above) saw how terrible this siutaion was and did not argue with me when i said i wanted to back out of the deal. He said that because the car was not on the lot, and i never took possession of the vehicle he could let me out of the deal. Long story short, never trust a car salesman, never sign anything you don't have COMPLETE information on, and I will not be going back to David Stanley Dodge. More
