I just wanted to schedule an appointment, I called and a young woman forwarded the call to service department where it rang and rang then click, and b I just wanted to schedule an appointment, I called and a young woman forwarded the call to service department where it rang and rang then click, and back again to ring, ring, ring, for over 7 minutes and this wasn't the first time I've called but this time I was determined to wait it out. After approximately 71/2 minutes a recorded message answered telling me to leave a message, he was busy. Theres no way to get in touch with service department and after reading the other reviews I think its best to take the advice and go to where they can at least talk to the customers. More

Customer Service Drove in for a 0937 appointment at 0906, Maintenance advisory had me wait for his manager to verify my complaint. Manager never showed up. Asked the maintenance Adviser to asked for a shuttle which i had already coordinated online. Waited an hour and no shuttle. Had to get my own ride back to work. I hope you guys fix this I have 6 Toyota Tacoma's in my fleet that i will go else where to maintain. More
