Had a vibration. Told me tires were out of balance. Spent 100.00. Didn't fix the issue. Second time I had to take the car back for them to re-fix the issue. Fixed another dealer's mistake and I was able to make my trek 300 mi out of town after breaking down on a road trip and the communication was superb.
