My air conditioning died. The service department fixed it in a very timely fashion. I have to drive my husband to Rome three times a week for stroke physical therapy. Rick White made sure I had a vehicle that would accommodate him while ours was being serviced. I can't say "Thank you!" enough.

Well hanging keys outside of the door an shutting the door an them slamming up against the black paint an saying it won’t scratch it is a joke especially when it is black oh an leaning on the fenders when they are black with nothing over them an saying it won’t scratch it is another joke,if u take pride in what u own don’t take it here u will be disappointed oh one more thing don’t open your mouth about it because they really get an attitude very poor customer services

I have a 2018 Colorado and the transmission would "shudder" acting like it did not know what gear to be in at 40 to 45 mph and there was a delay in responsiveness when accelerating. After the service I have not noticed the problem and the truck responds like it did when it was brand new.

"Transmission Service"

Had my transmission 50k service done left dealer and drove 1/2 mile to Kroger stopped and fuel island and person approached about smoke rolling from under truck got down and looked and muffler pipe soaked and smoking. Called service and was told mechanic said spilled onto muffler and would burn off. 2 folks there asked where I had service. Drove to car wash and spent 10 dollars spraying degreaser and then bottom wash. Totally unacceptable
