I spent over seven hours at the dealership because my radio in my 2018 Toyota Camry was not working. They claimed to do an “up date” and charged me $145.28 on my credit card. When I got in my car my radio still wasn’t working. It comes on and off. I went back to desk 6 and was told by Emily I may need a new radio. It was over $1,000. I told her I checked Best Buy and they only wanted about $300 with free installation. Emily won’t refund my payment and I used a credit card so will put a stop on the charge Monday and go to Best Buy.

I’ve never been treated badly at Toyota until this incident. They are trying to cheat me and Emily was extremely rude. I felt like I was being robbed!!!! I want a full refund immediately.
