We do understand that purchasing a car to rebuild your credit can be a frustrating process. The devices the finance company requires are not property of Defilippo Brothers but we do try and help customers as much as possible if a problem arises. When it comes to "illegal fees" our Service Center is adding to your repair bill, please contact our Service Manager and I'm sure he will make sure you understand all fees incorporated. Like all Pennsylvania automotive dealerships we do have state inspections and have never had any issues with our services, employees or facilities. One thing that is correct on this review is that we do not subscribed to CarFax. We, as a dealership, feel that Experian AutoCheck is more informative and they have a "Buy Back" program. We have these reports on EVERY vehicle we sell and are available for any customer to view.

Lady Litia, We are very unsure as to why you feel this way. Our lender made a very large exception to allow you to drive off in the vehicle you chose. There was no source of verifiable income that you could really provide, however we were STILL able to get you approved for the financing. Furthermore, the vehicle flew through PA State Inspection and Emissions with very minimal work required. There were no problems with the vehicle at the time you took delivery of it. After you drove the vehicle over 400 miles away from our dealership and we recovered it at our cost, we evaluated it AGAIN and still found no issues. We are in business and have been for over 20 years because we specialize in helping those who need to rebuild their credit and need reliable transportation. We provided just such a service and still you seem unhappy. We would love to reconcile the situation if at all possible, but that becomes difficult since you have left our lending area almost immediately after purchasing the vehicle.
