Car was in and out in the scheduled time. Job performed was the recall door latch replacement. I was promptly notified when car was ready for pickup.

"Joe has been a big help when I have work done on my vehicles"

Very helpful when you bring your vehicle in for service. Service let's you know what is going on with your vehicle. Service calls you to give you up dates and helps out any way they can.

Took another brand van into shop for servicing. Josh Masching and the service team serviced the vehicle and preformed a maintenance inspection noting the rear brakes were wearing unevenly. As soon as we could free up the vehicle they repaired the vehicle picking it up and delivering it back to my place of work. Thanks for great service.

Great service! Doug Scribner was a great salesman and was so helpful with everything. I would recommend everyone to come see everyone at Delong Ford. I love my new suv. I searched for months for my explorer and delongs had the best prices within 100 miles!
