She understood my reasons and went through the process, if she didn't know the answer to a question, she went to other staff to get the answer (no Bull). Patience on waiting for the truck allowed me to get ready for the truck. Disappointed in service Took truck in because blower motor switch did not work, I told them to do oil change at same time and replacing faulty switch. New next oil service st Took truck in because blower motor switch did not work, I told them to do oil change at same time and replacing faulty switch. New next oil service sticker was for 1,200 miles instead of 3,000 miles. After that service, I found that they did not close hood completely, just to safety latch step. Also notice on paper given me after service stated "engine shield/skid plate missing". This was never verbally discussed with me and I have no idea what this means. Previous service experiences here have been better. More
