My salesman was Joe and he was always there to take my calls and answer my questions. When I picked the car up to take home we noticed a long scratch in the door that we had missed in the initial test drive. He told me to wait and took it up to their service department and had it sanded down and clear-coated so it wouldn't rust. That extra effort goes a long way in my book. Also, the price I paid for the car was fantastic! But to me that's almost secondary to the good treatment I have received since stepping foot on he lot. More

He respected our having done research on Edmunds.com and seriously considered those parameters when negotiating the final price. The vehicle was delivered in impeccable condition, and we love it. Not only were staff open to follow-up questions, but they also (much to our surprise) gave us the promise of free oil changes and tire rotation for 12 months. Such a deal! We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used car. More

This was absolutely the best experience, no games just excellent customer service and I have already told everyone I know. We went to several dealers and Depaula and Joe treated us best!! We bought a 2010 Hyundai that I found online and when we drove to Depaula to take a look at it we met Joe. He told us they just took the car in and brought us to see it in the shop. It was clear it was being well taken care of and prepared for sale. It was actually the best thing to really get to see the bones of the car and how well it was being taken care of. Even the guys in the shop made us feel confident they would be sure the car was in the best and safest condition when/if we bought it and they sure delivered! We bought the car for our daughter and she loves it!!! We drove off the lot not feeling like we were sold too but like we were worked with. Mike Sacco called us within a day or so to make sure all was well. That goes a long way. Customers want to know they are appreciated and cared about and Depaula made that a priority. More
