Everyone is professional and I felt that I was treated fairly. People did not try and oversell anything, like most car dealers do. Everytime I go to De Paula, they try and screw me out of more money. It's like they find things to charge me for. One time I had to drive home without an inspection sticker because of my clear turn signal more money. It's like they find things to charge me for. One time I had to drive home without an inspection sticker because of my clear turn signals. So now all I do is take my stock lenses with me, change them in the parking lot, get inspected, and swap them back. Also, since they have 4 difference service "teams", if you don't know which color "team" you are in, you're in trouble. If your "team" representative isn't at his desk, the other 3 reps won't do a xxxx thing to help you. Heaven forbid you actually had a life outside of the dealership. DO NOT go to this dealership!! I cannot stress this enough. They will find some way for you to walk out of there at least $300 lighter. More
