Overall Haroon was helpful. He went through a lot of options regarding extended warranties, etc. He was friendly, but seemed new/not very knowledgeable of the product. I was not a fan of the person who went over the financing (I don’t recall his name). He was very non-engaged and did not seem to want to be bothered. I had expressed a few concerns (like an accident on the carfax that was not previously disclosed) and he did not seem to care very much. He just wanted to rush me through. In terms of the vehicle itself, we did discover a broken piece in the trunk area after purchased that appeared to be precariously placed as so no one would notice. Also during the test drive the car smelled fine, but after 1-2 drives now smells horribly of cigarette smoke. This was not disclosed during the sales process and it feels like it was covered up prior to purchase. I am asthmatic and have had some breathing issues from driving the car. Not sure how to get rid of the smell. Had we known we would not have purchased this particular vehicle. I do feel a bit regretful on our purchase and with the overall experience. More

I wandered into this dealership three years ago. I was going to buy a Chevy next door. Josh Halse met me in the parking lot and showed me around. I returned at the end of my lease and purchased a used vehicle Soley on how impressed I was with the entire dealership. I met Qasim for the financing and was handled with respect in addition to his knowledge and expertise as he explained the different types of warrantees. I made a selection and have been extremely satisfied with the whole process. and will return to this dealership including Josh and Qasim in a few years to purchase another vehicle. More

Unable to diagnose and repair an issue that took me 10 minutes to find the solution online. Also found out that at least thousands of people are having the same issue with this model and adjacent rage of minutes to find the solution online. Lenny was absolutely fantastic! The only negative about the experience was that the woman who set up my appointment on the phone said it would be a 6 hour job. So I had arranged a ride home from someone which was an inconvenience. Upon arriving for the appointment I was told it would take under 1 hour. It actually took 45 minutes. That was wonderful- but clearly the 6 hour quote was completely incorrect and caused an inconvenience to the person who had come with me for a ride - which was unnecessary. Stuff happens and Lenny took such good care of us that I wouldn’t hesitate to use this dealership again for service. More
