I need my car fixed. The minute I rolled my car in, it was an organized operation. A representative was right there to assist. They listened to the concerns I had and addressed them. Chance was my representative and alt operation. A representative was right there to assist. They listened to the concerns I had and addressed them. Chance was my representative and although I had to wait a little while before he got to me (both before and after the appointment ) as he was assisting other customers, he apologized for the wait and assured he would get to me right away. After the appointment, he explained the work that was done on my car and even checked for recalls. He was great and I”m satisfied with DePaula Ford. More
