Normally, I would rate this dealer higher but my last visit I did not have a good experience. Two months ago, I pointed out an issue and was told it could be fixed under warranty. The other day when I vi visit I did not have a good experience. Two months ago, I pointed out an issue and was told it could be fixed under warranty. The other day when I visited, I was told the sound my vehicle was making was a normal operating sound and I don’t need to worry. It wasn’t normal two months ago when they first took a look and told me it can be fixed. I am convinced they don’t want to do the repairs because it’s warranty work. I will be going elsewhere going forward. More

I appreciate the maintenance work at DePaula Ford. I just wish that I wasn't surprised so often with unexpected problems requiring repairs. Guess I shouldn't shoot the messenger, but it's dishearten I just wish that I wasn't surprised so often with unexpected problems requiring repairs. Guess I shouldn't shoot the messenger, but it's disheartening to bring in my car for an annual inspection and find out that I need repairs costing $2000 (when I was anticipating a $200 expense). I hardly drive my car, but I guess the passage of time takes its toll on all vehicles. I trust that DePaula is looking out for me, but I cringe every time I bring my car in for maintenance. More
The communication from the service department was very lacking in my experience with them after I dropped my brand new 2024 Expedition off to be looked at after I had a nearly catastrophic event. By the grace of God, I wasn't seriously injured and no one else was after I slid across 2 lanes of a highway while it accelerated on its own, down an embankment into a ditch. Come to find out, after just over 2 months in the shop, my vehicle had the wrong gears in it from the factory. Where was QA/QC on that? Regardless, with all that in mind, I very rarely got a call with any updates. I was the one that had to call them for any information. Nothing worse than having someone say, I will call you later today with an update to not hearing from them until you call a few days to a week later. It wasn't until I complained to Ford corporate did they finally start making any sort of effort. After what I went through, I would've thought it was going to be better. Especially since my buying experience was seamless and when I had to get a few cosmetic things looked at right after buying it. More
