When we walked in to look at the car we were interested in (Volkswagen Jetta 2019), Richard at Dean Team greeted us and was It was a great experience. When we walked in to look at the car we were interested in (Volkswagen Jetta 2019), Richard at Dean Team greeted us and was extremely helpful, providing exceptional knowledge on the model and went out of his way to help us with anything we needed and answered all of our questions. He was very kind and courteous and made the experience quick and efficient. Richard sat in the car with us and was thorough with going through all the features and functions of the car so I understood everything before leaving the lot. Richard was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and ensured we had the best possible buying experience. We got extremely close the price we offered and financing worked to make sure we were satisfied with cost! It was the best car buying experience i've ever had and other dealerships and sales reps didn't come close to the professionalism that we found at Dean Team and with Richard! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! More

Fantastic experience (with some first time buyer beware) After going through countless dealers who treated me terribly at other dealerships, I finally landed on Chuck at Dean Team Subaru and he was such a bl After going through countless dealers who treated me terribly at other dealerships, I finally landed on Chuck at Dean Team Subaru and he was such a blessing! Chuck made sure I had the best possible buying experience and I wish I could go back in time and start there. Chuck was patient and willing to talk me through all the details and questions I had. He truly treated me like I was one of his own family members, and made sure I left with a safe and reliable car that fit exactly what I wanted! I gave the overall dealership 3 stars mostly due to my experience with Financing. I felt like the financing was a really high APR for my credit score, and I also felt like I was taken advantage of by the financing person (being a first time buyer) and tricked into buying a warranty I don't need (I was very disappointed by that) but other than that I was very pleased! I would definitely recommend Chuck at Dean Team, and would only recommend that once in financing, you read over ALL of the warranties you're buying so you don't get duped into buying anything that you definitely do not need. More

My mom has back problems and is ill and he was able to work perfectly with her over the phone and even gave me a great price trade for my Cherokee! I would buy all my cars in the future from Wes 100% Wes made the experience very comforting and after talking with him for 4 hours in his office it felt like I knew him my whole life! He got me great prices on my new car and my monthly financing budget too! More
