Since I had already driven a TDI, I didn't need to drive another at this time. I needed a firm price and it had to be good, because I was 110 miles from home in a town I had never been in before. They knew the price had to be right and they needed a good look at my 06 Cadd SRX. They called in someone to look at it, and when he did, we struck a deal. We were looking to trade in our Nissan Xterra for a BMW X3 that they had there on the lot. My husband went first and was helped by Charles, did a test drive and really liked it. Now we filed bankruptcy a yr ago and knew we were facing a high interest rate, but it didn't work out for us with the payments we wanted. AJ said he would let the finance guy try and work something out and give us a call the next day. Sure enough the next day we received a call to come up they might have worked something out. My husband was at work so he came on break and they worked it out so we were at the payments we needed with a rate we could live with! We were in and out in 45 min! AJ was great and very accommodating and the finance guy worked magic! We HIGHLY recommend this dealership, we'll be back. More

Absolutely the most underhanded sales technique I have experienced. Salesperson tried to sell us a car in a color that does not exist at a base price that was at least 5000.00 over VW of America's websit experienced. This car was a phantom car, all on paper, we were never shown the actual car we were buying only some demo that we drove. When we asked to see the actual car the salesman said don't worry we will build it. The salesman tried to pressure us into signing paperwork that was an offer for our trade in but really was a sales contract. Just sign here he said. Really how do these criminals stay in business? We walked out and will never return to this dealership even though we plan on buying a VW in the near future. More
