Sold my retired parents a certified pre owned Kia with less than 28,000 miles on it. In less than 9,000 miles they had to have the front pads and rotors and rear pads and rotors replaced. Also needed to less than 28,000 miles on it. In less than 9,000 miles they had to have the front pads and rotors and rear pads and rotors replaced. Also needed to replace all 4 tires. The alignment was so bad the metal bands were coming through on the rear tires. Contacted the salesman and was referred to the service department. The service department gave me the Kia customer service number. No help at all. It’s seems like they never did the certified inspection. Absolutely terrible customer service and took major advantage of a retired couple. More
