I dropped off my car after hours and was pleasantly surprised by their prompt attention to my problem. The sales person told us to leave the car at the customer service door and fill out the form and we would be contacted the next day. They solved the problem the next day and I was able to pick it up. Yeah Subaru!

Great service and customer focus. To me, the most important aspect of any service center is honesty: is their primary focus to take care of your car, or to extract as much money from you as possible? Diablo Subaru has so far made me feel that they really just want to do good work on my car. That keeps me coming back. James Oh was helpful and efficient, and gave me clear explanations of everything they did.
