Avoid at all costs. I should have read up on this dealership before even wasting my time. Was told the vehicle I wanted was sitting on the lot, come on down see you so I should have read up on this dealership before even wasting my time. The vehicle was in fact NOT on the lot, but a sales consultant wanted to try and pressure me into looking at any other vehicle. Sadly, based on recent reviews, this seems to be the norm. The owner admitted he had no defense for the incident, and his aunt is driving the vehicle. The vehicle was finally updated to say "vehicle may be in transit ." The owner admitted he understands why it appeared to be bait and switch, but insisted he wanted to help. I explained to him, that given that amount of lies even during that conversation I was not comfortable working with them. GM customer care, Mary the CEO, news media, and the Attorney General have been alerted of this. More

What good is an appointment I think they give everyone a 7;30 am appointment and fudge their way thru the day. they had my car 9 hours to put in a battery and mount tires. they lie when you call them to fin 7;30 am appointment and fudge their way thru the day. they had my car 9 hours to put in a battery and mount tires. they lie when you call them to find out when the car is going to be ready. they did not check the charging system/alternator, xxxx they didn't even clean the gunk off the terminals. then they mount the tires , try to sell me new tpms sensors for $800 ,{ yes eight hundred dollars} for my cadillac that the cadillac dealer didn't even have in stock. why ? because the ones on the car looked old. they are about 7-8 years old, but working fine. when i told them to use the old ones they said ok. when i pick up the car i find that they put regular stems in the rims and tell me the sensors didn't fit. i drive away with alarms beeping that my tires are flat and a bad taste in my mouth. i have to go to a reputable shop now and have my car fixed correctly. I bought a 2020 GMC 2500 utility body used I went back to get my sticker the following Saturday they denied it because they said my tent was too dark on the vehicle they sold me. Kevin gave me the runaround to return it told me he was gone you never did complete xx the worst dealership you could deal with bunch of crooks Taylor the sales guy told my bank that I made $135,000 a year really unbelievable lies I would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy all my tools got destroyed in my utility body I went back five times on my lunch break never got treated with respect brought it in for service because the alignment is off on it they couldn’t do the alignment because the technician couldn’t get the cameras to work on his machine supposedly the worst dealership to deal with they took advantage of me completely wrong I do not recommend this place to anybody I even asked to speak to the owner I went to Tony the manager I talked to Jayson he was making fun of me having a hissy fit unbelievable bull crap all my hand tools that were in the utility body got destroyed because it leaks water and they couldn’t fix it they told me to bring it and never fixed it unreal do not go to this place a bunch of crooks diamond Chevrolet is not what you think it is complete lies I spent every day on my lunch break trying to get this resolved and they told me basically to eat xxxx real nice Kevin the manager sucks Tony the manager sucks and Jayson the manager sucks as I wanted to do is get this taken care of I can’t believe you took advantage of a good guy unbelievable More

When I went to pick up my vehicle, the wipers were broken, the brakes were squealing and the tires were corroded, how it passed the state inspection is beyond me. I mentioned it to the service department and they would not replace my tires or brakes. They did replace the wiper blades. I called the gm of diamond and I sent him photos of my tires to show him how bad they were. He contacted service and found out that the last time my vehicle went in the shop for service was January. So he told me that he would replaced my tires, so I went back and got them replaced. After that I went back to service multiple times about my brakes and brake light. I even sent pictures to the manager of the light and still nothing was done, no communication nothing. They kept saying that brakes squeal just give them time to break in, that there is nothing wrong with them. I went to another dealership to get the vehicle checked out and they fixed my brake light issue right away. I dropped off my car to diamond to get my brakes done this weekend as they have been squealing for over a year now. I explained to Dominic that all I wanted was my brakes replaced and that my brake pads were covered under my third party warranty. I didnt ask them to pay for the brakes or anything I just wanted them replaced. He argued with me over the phone that warranty’s did not cover pads. He ended up doing a diagnostic on my brakes and did not replace the brakes as I requested. Dominic left a vm 3 hours later from our last conversation stating that there is nothing wrong with my brakes, but if I wanted then replaced it was going to cost me around $1048.00 and that my warranty company was closed. So if I wanted my car I would have to pay the entire bill. Again I just wanted them to replaced my brakes. I called back and asked to speak to the service manager. Brandon came on the phone and I tried to explained that I want my brakes replaced thats it and that my pads were covered under warranty. He told me that there is nothing wrong with my brakes they are just squealing. Then went back and forth about my warranty and that it won’t cover the pads. He stated he has been there since 2011 and no warranty company pays for brake pads. Then after going back and forth about my brakes and warranty he then accused me of bad language to his service writer, which I didn’t. I told him my client heard everything as she was standing right next to me and could verify that I was not speaking inappropriately if he would like to talk to her. He told me no that he will pull the phone records as everything is recorded. Then told me that he would not be working on my car he was going to put it outside and to come get the car. I decided to call the warranty company and they told me that diamond never called them and that they were open. So I called diamond back and left a voice message for the gm to call me, but he never called me back. I decided to give them 1 more chance and Juan my sales guy said I have a few vehicles I'll send pictures. Said he was going to talk to finance said it was too much. Then fell off the ends of the earth, no communication nothing. I couldn't buy because of the cost of the vehicle so he didnt waste his time with me. Called today December 1st because my car was refinanced and I was looking for my GAP refund to findout there was no GAP on my car this whole time. They don’t care about my business and don’t respect anybody. No wonder they go through so many people. They were very rude and unprofessional. Don't trust this company they will say what he want to hear then back out More
