Bought a 2017 Chevy Cruze, traded my old car in on it, the car took over a week for me to be able to pick it up, they claim they were waiting on parts but could never give me a straight answer on anything the car took over a week for me to be able to pick it up, they claim they were waiting on parts but could never give me a straight answer on anything, very shady dealership! On top of that I went to pick up my car now a week later and lifted to hood to find nobody had even sprayed it down or washed it. They then failed to give me my old plate off the car I traded in so I could return it to the county.(first time car buying so had no idea I was to keep it, or I would have). Being a dealership you’d think they would know to give it to me. The management is a joke at best, the service manager is rude and won’t listen to anything a customer has to say. Had to take the car back in due to it not wanting to start and the service manager got very rude with me over it. Would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. More
