"Best Service Around! "

A big thank you to Steve in service & all of the people behind the scenes! I dropped my car off for The Works package before they opened & it was ready to go before 9:30. They do a full inspection & make sure you are safe to go. They even took care of the 2 factory warranties without me having to ask! Thanks guys!!!

I made an appt for 10 am, checked in by 9:50, at 10:40 u asked how much longer it was going to be befire they started in my truck. He said in just a few minutes. Ok, I was in customer servuce for 36 years, 5 or 10 minutes no problem, 45- 50 min deserves a warning. This tells me that you dont think my time is valuble. It is, therefore I will be taking my buisness to the other dealer. And next time you make someone wait an extra hour it would be great to hear an apology. $462.00 lesson.

Steve is excellent! He made sure my car was serviced in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. I was able to coordinate service by phone and drop my car off before work. It was ready for pick up by the end of the day! Best customer service around!! Thank you Dick Edwards & Steve for keeping me on the road!

"Gabe and relaxing technician "

Lied to me. Called my wife right after Gabe showed panic as though he knew he was doing something wrong and told me “I told your wife to call when she was on her way so I could have the truck ready” This is never something you do as a mechanic, or salesman for an auto mechanic.. you actually finish the work and pull truck off lift or out of bay and call customer because you don’t work as fast as I manage to drive. I manage to drive when the work is done. Also a terrible experience, a footprint not belonging to me or my wife, knowing because neither of us ever put our feet up there. The seat laid all the way back, which means someone actually sat there through about 30 seconds of laying it back because it’s electric.. you don’t accidentally lay a seat all the way back and accidentally contort your body to place your foot on the dash while replacing the internal air filter. The work we requested to be done, apparently we paid for an unbroken part!! The grinding is still there and the part said to have been replaced was in working condition. Unprofessional and unacceptable. We will not return nor will we ever send any business to this location. When I call in to speak to him he continues to pretend he can’t hear me because of a static noise in the vehicle from Bluetooth. Decided to test the static noise, wife drove away, called and could hear her over static, however I never got the desire to grow impatient over the simple static noise.

"Replaced battery"

Very friendly staff and very timely. The pricing was amazing as well everyone else wanted to charge at least $250-300 just to replace a battery; they provided the battery as well as the service for $150 plus taxes which came out to approx $155. Amazing!
