Lied to me. Called my wife right after Gabe showed panic as though he knew he was doing something wrong and told me “I told your wife to call when she was on her way so I could have the truck ready”
This is never something you do as a mechanic, or salesman for an auto mechanic.. you actually finish the work and pull truck off lift or out of bay and call customer because you don’t work as fast as I manage to drive. I manage to drive when the work is done.
Also a terrible experience, a footprint not belonging to me or my wife, knowing because neither of us ever put our feet up there. The seat laid all the way back, which means someone actually sat there through about 30 seconds of laying it back because it’s electric.. you don’t accidentally lay a seat all the way back and accidentally contort your body to place your foot on the dash while replacing the internal air filter. The work we requested to be done, apparently we paid for an unbroken part!! The grinding is still there and the part said to have been replaced was in working condition. Unprofessional and unacceptable. We will not return nor will we ever send any business to this location.
When I call in to speak to him he continues to pretend he can’t hear me because of a static noise in the vehicle from Bluetooth. Decided to test the static noise, wife drove away, called and could hear her over static, however I never got the desire to grow impatient over the simple static noise.
