Great Experience! I was nervous walking in to a car dealership. On top of having to buy a car, I have shaky credit. I was trying to mentally prepare for the car sale game. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Lawrence. He had a smile, a handshake, and a warm welcome. I then spent 6 hours with Tony Ferreira finding a car that worked for me. Tony was kind and honest. They didn't play any games. Tony was patient and let me drive all of the cars I was curious about. In the end, they took my car as a trade in, Tony found me two cars I loved and it was left to me to decide which one I wanted. I absolutely love my new-to-me 2013 Chevy Malibu. I appreciate the time Tony took to work with me. Lawrence also spent time with me and they both made sure I understood what was going on, I never felt any pressure to do anything I didn't want to do. I felt completely comfortable talking about my financial situation and what options I had. Thank you for making this experience as painless as possible.
