Did an excellent job on the service of my K.I.A.. It was amazing! Kia Service department has never let us down. We can call and NOW we can go ON-LINE for an appointment for service. (and usually within our schedule) Jessica and Devin, whom I worked with in the past coup and NOW we can go ON-LINE for an appointment for service. Even with extensive remodel Dick Hannah Kia is in the middle of I was very happy with my service experience. Everyone was super kind and made sure that we were taken care of the whole time we were there. They took us by shuttle to the mall so that we didn't have to sit and wait and then called us and picked us up care of the whole time we were there. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They always try and make me comfortable. The only thing is, it will be nice when the remodeling is done, for the customer and I'm sure for the employees at the K try and make me comfortable. Overall I'm satisfied and the "Customer for life" Program is a great idea. It would be nice if the scheduled service prices weren't so high. The staff will work with you, if it's hard for you to pay for a full service. I have recommended a couple of friends to go to this dealership. I'm not a person who does that easily.
