Bad experience every time Every time I go here for what you think is a routine oil change and tire rotation they do something wrong and I mean every time. This last time they c Every time I go here for what you think is a routine oil change and tire rotation they do something wrong and I mean every time. This last time they crashed my car and didn’t even tell me. I have had my car leak oil all over my driveway. I have had very heavy aluminum air caps stolen or lost and then after bringing it to their attention they replaced with aluminum caps that I could crush iwith my fingers. We have found that they say they rotated tires but can prove they did not. I go to this dealer because it is close to home. Chrysler needs to shut this dealership down and when you ask for a manager they are ever available. They are trying to turn things around but seem to be As bad as ever. We were told after they crashed the car it was replaced with a new part and but no that isn,t what they did. The worst thing is they just aren’t honest! More
