Bad customer response.. Called several times for a status report on my jeep but my calls went unanswered and straight to voice mail. Never once did I get a call back, after 2 hours i called back and finally i spoke to a advisor. I even left a message with a supervisor and did not receive a call back. Lastly, the invoice said that your service department will give a overall inspection go to find out my hack windshield wiper needed to be replaced but it was never mentioned too me for a new one. It would've been a nice if they would have ran my jeep though the washer. Definitely needs improvement! More

This is how buying a car should be. They made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and gave me great advice for raising my credit score. More

How they respond to unfortunate and unforseen circumstances speak volumes about their character. I expressly wanted navigation to be activated and financed the vehicle but paid for that option out of pocket. When it turned out that the navigation option was not compatible, they went the extra mile and had a replacement radio system installed that was compatible. I appreciate how they went through the extra trouble to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. More
