After delivery of the car he would follow up several times to ensure our happiness and if we had any questions about anything even after a year later. Doug went above and beyond to made us feel very comfortable and important he made buying a car painless enjoyable happy experience and it’s a great feeling to know that he’s always there for us if we need him.
