Direct auto mall will always have me as a customer, they have great customer service everybody is very helpful and very polite. i called in spoke to ludymilla she went out of her way to help me out, answered all questions i had and scheudled an appointment . when i came in to look at the car they took care of me great price, and great service i deffinatelly recommend this dealer

service staff are very nice. Waiting room is orderly and clean. service staff allways answer the phone promptly,courtesously. Mechanics are friendly answer customer questions Service bays are very clean and orderly general maintenance, oil changes, check engine light, belts, tune-ups. air conditioner checks, done on time. prework notification, does only work asked for,no pressure to do unneccessary work. gives points toward future work, advertises in local newspaper and via e-mail with specials, (good prices)

bought 2007 hyundai elantra for direct auto mall. brought in auto for 60,000 mile checkup. work performed as requested on time, at price quoted. mechanics friendly (ASE Certified mechanics)as are service managers all questions answered. customer service shuttle shop very clean, customer waiting area very clean. advertize service specials in local newspaper and on line newsletter. (you are not inundated with postal mailings) what a great idea * only used car dealer/service center to offer prorated warranty of 3years/36,000 miles (on most repairs)
