Sean was very friendly, and took note of my complaint when I dropped my car for a service/parts. Sean is not listed in the service dept below. Gus was excellent! I felt in good hands with Gus. He was handling a few different clients at once but communicated that ahead of time and was still able to make it a smooth process. I was very pleased with the customer service Dirito Bros. provided when purchasing my Jetta. No feeling of being pressured and very good attention to my needs. I wanted the 1.8 turbo with a CD player and lea provided when purchasing my Jetta. No feeling of being pressured and very good attention to my needs. I wanted the 1.8 turbo with a CD player and leather seats. I love how I was given complimentary loaner while they repaired the dings on the hood I found. I would have given a 5 star rating if they washed my car. I spent over $2,400 and had to rent a car since it was going to be there for over 4 days. It would have been $3,400, but they found warranty work, I spent over $2,400 and had to rent a car since it was going to be there for over 4 days. The service from Tim was excellent and I gave him 5 starts. My original service was in Richmond, Hilltop area. I received excellent service there. More
