Everyone is nice and polite. BUT - things are very disorganized there and quite messy... they told me my part needed would take 2 days, maybe 2 weeks to come in. It took over 4 months. And when I called, a month in, it was clear that nothing had been ordered and they told me again that it would take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. Another couple months rolls by and I finally call again and they tell me the part had been there for 12 days..... but no one called me to let me know! Not cool. Then my loaner car they gave me while they worked on my car was filthy dirty. Like dirt streaked all over the outside, doors, hood, trunk, everything - very dirty. There was also some left over take-out food trash on the floor board of the passenger side. It was tucked just slightly under the passenger seat, but it should have definitely been noticed when they were cleaning the car between clients....? But that was clearly not done. I like my new VW. But this place needs to shape up. More
