Service Maintenance Recieved a reminder call to bring in my car in for regular maintenance. I dropped it off. A few hours later it was ready for pick up. Good service I went in to have my tire changed because of a nail, and I waited 3 hours. Then the my advisor didn’t take the time to explain the point check system I went in to have my tire changed because of a nail, and I waited 3 hours. I went in for 1 time and I get home and realize that two tires are missing the air valve cover . I called the service advisor and she has yet to contact me back. All good except time Brought my wife's Rogue in for 15K service. Service tech was very friendly and personable and kept me advised of progress, but I don't understand why Brought my wife's Rogue in for 15K service. Slow Service I arrived and didnt get someone who could help until 15-20 mins. They assumed I wanted the most expensive oil change service which was $85 including I arrived and didnt get someone who could help until 15-20 mins. They assumed I wanted the most expensive oil change service which was $85 including tire rotation when I had only had the car 2 months. When i answered it was cheaper to go to other place is when they offered the other options. The service was completed quickly, but to put all the paperwork took longer than to do the service which included taking some paint off that was there when I purchased the car new. The whole process just seemed to take longer that what I would expect. I probably wont be going back unless its for warranty work. More
