It never came. Husband called. Salesman was not helpful and said he would call him back. He never did. SO I called. A women said she would send the information right out in the mail. Weeks passed and it never arrived. I called back and was left on hold for a long time. She returned and said that they would have to send someone out from lowjack. I said no it must not be on the car and we were charged for it. I could call 1-800-LoJack give them my VIN and they could tell me if it was on my car. I requested the full amount back or else. Purchased a 2022 Tesla Y from the dealership and while I was on the way home about 2 hours away the front end would squeak and make a terrible noise when I would turn. When I returned to get the vehicle I noticed it was still doing the same thing and he stated that the ball joints were “loose” and were tightened up which was untrue. I took the vehicle to Tesla in Chattanooga and they informed me that the upper control arms were worn, which was replaced at about $1000.00. I gladly paid Tesla and contacted the salesman at Don Jackson due to him requesting to see what was wrong with the vehicle. I asked the salesman if they would pay and he responded back “we sold the vehicle for the cost we had in it, so we don’t have any money to assist with repairs (I had only driven the vehicle from the dealership to my house). The vehicle went through our service department and nothing was found”. I wouldn’t recommend buying any vehicles from this dealership! More

Tried to sell me $895 detail package for armour all and windex. Tried to charge $1295 for LoJack which I refused. Sales guy was a dud, did not know his own inventory and his only input was that the car was blue. We found it $1000 cheaper online from the list price which was honored after showing him the add. Eric made sure a couple of items ( minor but obvious ) on the car were fixed before we even left the dealership, and arranged for an amazing "dent-guy" to perform magic on blemishes at a very reasonable rate. He did, of-course, offer all the invoice add-ons like warranties and such, that dealers encourage, and gave the features they provide but did not do or say anything slippery or twisted. Seems that transparency and honor might becoming rare, so, I think Eric deserves better than my usual avoidance of reviews. More

Salesman lied about condition of vehicle. I was sent pictures of the vehicle except the large dent covering 4 sections of the side panel. I ask about the dent he says it’s fixed you can barely tell it’s so small. I said send it to me and I’ll have to see it in person. It’s so bad I take it to a dent person and they give me a price of $3400 to fix or $2800 to repair and paint. Called, texted and emailed Jerry Fultz (sales) and he told me too bad you own it. I ended up taking to another dealer and error codes up to two pages long. I reached out to the person that sold me the truck, and he stated that is common after battery jump. I asked to have someone from management to reach out to me. When they did their inspection on the battery was good. How does the brand new TRUCK dies. No response. I will never buy another vehicle from them. Truck with 336 Miles with issues. Doesn't make any xxxx sense. I was excited not anymore... I'm so PISSED. More

I was taken aback by just how rude this dealership's salesman was, and continued to be ,when trying to selI a 60+K vehicle. Not a good tactic there, champ. Sales might not be your forte. I gave them a chance to match or beat my best offers so I could stay local (got 3 better ones) but the response was so rude I would rather drive 4 hours and buy the other one than deal with this man again. Going to save a few thousand dollars to boot. I gave him an opportunity to match instead he called me a liar and lost the sale. With such specific model & option pkg,it would not take more than 3 minutes for him to look himself what others are offering. Driving 4 hours to save close to 3k, not bad. Not having to deal with this dealership? Priceless. More
