My family has owned 5 VWs over the last 14 years. The vehicles have been serviced by Don Jacobs VW. Throughout the years, Mr. Brain Hill has provided excellent customer service and has taken good care of us and our vehicles. Mr. Hill communicates clearly and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the services provided by Don Jacobs. Thus, we always have a clear picture of the work needed on the vehicles and the associated costs. Mr. Hill is a great ambassador for Don Jacobs and VW as he represents their marque in a superbly professional manner. Every detail of my inspection/maintenance is explained to me and I leave the dealership with real piece of mind that I have ben treated fairly. He watches out for me and for the longevity of my VW Beetle!

I have bought two VW beetles from Don Jacob Volkswagon. Brian Hill in the service department has always been my "go to person". Brian is courteous, friendly and always explains what is being done. I have dealt with him at DJ for at least 12 years and he is one of the main reasons I keep coming back-because I know I will get good service! You just don't find this kind of consistency at most car dealerships.

Can't say enough about the great staff at Don Jacobs. We purchased a 2013 Civic last week and really appreciate how they went above and beyond to take care of us. We got a great deal and a great car. They took the time to explain everything. We never felt rushed or pressured. They say they are trying to create a long term relationship with their customers and we found that to be absolutely the truth. We definetly will be back!
