I went in for an oil change/ tire rotation. I also had them check the battery. I was recommended to get a brake fluid flush. My service advisor Jessica was great. Be wary of dealing with Don McGill Toyota of Katy. I put down a $1,000 deposit on a 2024 Grand Highlander Hybrid, and while my wife and I were on a trip almost 4 months later, I received the call that I put down a $1,000 deposit on a 2024 Grand Highlander Hybrid, and while my wife and I were on a trip almost 4 months later, I received the call that the vehicle had arrived. The deposit agreement provided that I had "48 hours to pick up the vehicle." The salesperson asked when I would be returning, and when I advised that I would be out of down for another 5 days, the salesperson spoke with the sales manager, who approved the delay in my picking up the vehicle. However, in the interim, the dealership sold the vehicle. When I met with the sales manager and the salesperson the morning after my return home, the only excuse I was given was that management made the decision to override the sales manager and sell the vehicle. I will be taking my business to a trustworthy dealership. More
