We bought a car from Don Mealy Subaru Sport (North) approximately 6 months ago. The internet sales person did a good job finding the car we wanted, but her follow-thru was lacking. James Menzies hand approximately 6 months ago. The internet sales person did a good job finding the car we wanted, but her follow-thru was lacking. James Menzies handled the purchase & delivery of our new Forester efficiently & professionally. This is our first Subaru. We both drove older, "low-tech" cars. James had incredible patience & skill explaining the myriad of "modern" features on our new car. James is a true asset to this dealership. Thank you James! Sorry it took me so long to post this.
