We came to Pinegar Honda first thing on a Saturday morning (with an appointment) to meet Baylee Massey. We had two trade ins and had done extensive research on their worth. After talking to her for a bit, she came back with offers for our two vehicles. One was spot on, and the other was $10K BELOW it’s worth. We were appalled. They refused to budge at all with their offer and ultimately lost us as customers. During our time with her, Baylee also managed to respond with “perfect” when my husband hand mentioned his mother’s passing- she corrected herself but it was still said. She also answered at least 2 phone calls while with us and was terrible at answering questions regarding why their offer was so low. Overall she was unprofessional, rude, and appeared to be downright ignorant to the entire process. For the record, within 20 minutes of arriving at a different dealership, we got offers for both of at vehicles that were within $500 of the offers we had originally anticipated. I can’t speak to any of the other employees at Pinegar, but our experience with Baylee was garbage and I would not recommend her it the dealership to anyone. More

My service rep is Josh and it’s the best experience I’ve had with a dealership he is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and takes his time to explain anything I don’t understand. Baylee made the whole process as smooth as possible when I was looking at cars. She pulled one car she thought I would love and she was certainly not wrong. I came in with a problem with my pre-owned vehicle purchase. The heater repair was not covered through the extended warranty I purchased and I was facing a $900.00+ bill. Within a few minutes of speaking with Joel the service manager I was informed the repair would be made at no cost to me. When I came to pick up my vehicle not only did they fix the original heater problem they also made an additional repair on my door locks and gave me a working key fob. Big shout out to Wes, Joel, Tanya, Patty and Jeff for making what I thought was going to be a difficult experience into a successful one. I highly recommend the team at Don Wessel Honda. More
